MadHatters Tea Room & Gift Shop

Having taken over the tea room at the end of February 2020, three weeks before the covid-19 pandemic. Thanks to all your support we have continued to grow and progress over the last four years.

With over 55 years of catering experience between us, it was our dream to have a tea room of our own.

​

Having both always known Hayling Island as home, I have grown up surrounded by cooking, with my mum being a chef for the last 39 years and chefs in the family. I started working in a restaurant at 14 years old both alongside my mum and independantly. 

​

We are passionate about everyone being able to eat socialise and enjoy a meal together regardless of their dietary requirements.
